The Alma Dental Team were part of more than 33,100 runners, walkers and wheelers that crossed the finish line at Gloucester Park at the HBF Run for a Reason at the end of May.
More than $1.14 million has been raised so far for 229 charities – and the fundraising continues online via hbfrun.com.au until 23 June.
It was a chilly early Sunday morning start, however, jackets, jumpers, coats, and other items of clothing discarded by entrants at the start line for Vinnies to distribute, are estimated to weigh two tonnes, which a few of us will remember to do next year 🥶
Between Alma Dental at the HBF Run for a Reason’s inception in 2010 and the event was last held in 2019, more than $10.2 million has been raised for charity, with 274,242 entrants. The event was not held in 2020, 2021, and 2022 due to COVID restrictions.
Look out for updates from the Alma Dental team aiming to complete the City to Surf in August.
