Information for New Patients

Please arrive 5 minutes early to your first appointment, so that you have time to complete a medical history form. Current medical histories will be requested every 12 to 24 months.

There is free parking out the front of the surgery. In the case that this may be full, there is also free street parking on some side streets near the surgery and near the Coles car park.

We kindly request payment in full on the day of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept health fund cards and cheques, cash, credit or debit cards and personal cheques. Please request a treatment plan if you wish to know the cost of your planned treatment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice so that we may have time to offer this appointment to someone else who may need it. A cancellation/missed appointment fee will apply if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Please try to book appointments 4-6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment, with regards to appointment availability. Please be aware that this also applies to rescheduling appointments. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate these changes, limited availability may result in your treatment being delayed.

Should you require an emergency appointment, we will endeavor to see you as soon as possible. We will generally work these appointments into our already pre-booked day of patients and will usually offer appointments in the middle of the day. We apologies in advance if at times we may appear inflexible, please remember that we are trying to operate fairly. We do not make exceptions for any one person; we value all of our patients equally and attempt to cater to everyone’s needs.
