Fees & Rebates
We are here to help you smile with confidence
We kindly request that payment is made in full on the day of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept health fund cards and cheques, cash, credit or debit cards and personal cheques. Please request a treatment plan if you wish to know the cost of your planned treatment.
We are an HBF preferred provider. We also accept and can process all major health fund cards through HICAPS for immediate claiming. On-the-spot claiming means that you can claim your health fund benefit at the time of treatment. This health fund benefit amount is deducted from your total treatment cost and all you are required to pay for is the difference, or ‘gap payment’. HICAPS payments do require your health fund card, so please remember to bring this with you to all of your appointments.
Child Dental Benefits Schedule
We accept and enthusiastically support patients that are eligible for Medicare’s Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), for dental treatment.
The aim of the CDBS is to offer financial support for basic dental services, for low-income families with children aged 2 – 17.
If eligible, the schedule can provide up to $1,000 per child towards basic dental services.
If you would like to know more about the CDBS or if you would like to know if you qualify, eligibility is assessed by the Department of Human Services each calendar year. If eligible, Medicare will send you a letter detailing what level of cover you are entitled to. You will need to bring this letter with you to your child’s first dental appointment with us.
It is your responsibility to use this benefit within its validity and it is also your responsibility to keep track of your remaining balance following treatment. You can confirm your child’s eligibility and track your balance, by calling the Medicare general enquiries line on 132 011, or by accessing your Medicare online account at my.gov.au.
Government Subsidised Dental Health Care Scheme
We also offer dental treatment to eligible holders of current Health Care Cards and Pension Concession Cards.
The Government Subsidised Dental Health Care Scheme aims to provide subsidised general and emergency dental care for adult concession cardholders.
